OFFICIAL RULES OF THE PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN

1. Organizer

The promotional campaign “Spring Escape Adventure – Play, Celebrate, Win a PS5” (the “Campaign”) is organized by Escapeway Entertainment Ltd., Company ID 206549278, with registered seat and address: 104 Knyaz Boris I Str., Sofia, Bulgaria (the “Organizer”).

By participating in the Campaign, participants unconditionally accept these Official Rules.

2. Campaign Period
The Campaign runs from 27.02.2026 to 22.06.2026 (inclusive).

3. Eligibility
3.1. The Campaign is open to individuals aged 18 or older.

3.2. Participation is linked to a completed children’s birthday party at Escapeway, including all of the following services:
3.2.1. Escape room game
3.2.2. Use of the party center
3.2.3. Catering ordered through the official website system

3.3. Employees of the Organizer and related persons are not eligible to participate.

3.4. Each completed birthday party grants the right to one entry.

4. Participation Requirements
To be considered valid, participants must fulfill all of the following conditions:
4.1. Publication
Publish a public POST or REEL on Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok containing:

a short video from the celebration with an answer to the question: “Why is Escapeway.bg the coolest place to celebrate a birthday?”

4.2. Duration
4.2.1. The video must not exceed 90 seconds in length.
4.2.2. Videos exceeding 90 seconds will not be accepted.

4.3. Mandatory Tagging
The publication must include an active (clickable) tag of Escapeway’s official account as follows:

Instagram: @escapewayofficial

TikTok: @escapewayofficial

Posts without a valid tag will not be considered.

4.4. Public Profile
The participant’s social media profile must remain public until the end of the Campaign to allow validation.

4.5. Submission of Link
Participants must send a link to their publication to:

including:
4.5.1. The name used in the reservation
4.5.2. The phone number used in the reservation
4.5.3. Entries without a submitted link will not be considered valid.

5. Prize
The prize consists of 1 (one) PlayStation 5 Digital Edition.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative.

6. Evaluation System
The winner will be determined through a combined evaluation system:
50% public vote (likes)
50% jury evaluation
Maximum possible score: 100 points

6.1. Public Vote – Maximum 50 Points
Likes will be counted as of 23:59 on 22.06.2026.
The post with the highest number of valid likes receives 50 points.
All other posts receive proportional points according to the formula:
(Likes of participant / Highest number of likes) × 50
The Organizer reserves the right to exclude:
fake profiles
bots
purchased likes
inactive accounts
manipulated reactions

6.2. Jury Evaluation – Maximum 50 Points
A jury of at least three members will evaluate each valid entry based on the following criteria:
6.2.1. Emotion and authenticity – up to 20 points
6.2.2. Creativity – up to 15 points
6.2.3. Presentation of the Escapeway experience – up to 10 points
6.2.4. Compliance with the rules – up to 5 points

6.3. Final Score
Points from Likes + Points from Jury = Final Score
The participant with the highest total score will be declared the winner.

7. Transparency
On 30.06.2026, a public Live broadcast will be held during which:
all valid entries will be presented;
the number of likes will be announced;
the jury scores will be disclosed;
the final result will be calculated in real time.

8. Prize Collection
The prize must be collected in person at an Escapeway location within 14 days of notification, upon presentation of a valid ID and signing of a handover protocol.

9. Personal Data
By publishing the video, the participant agrees that the content may be used by Escapeway for marketing purposes.
Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable legislation and GDPR.

10. Final Provisions
The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify participants in case of abuse or violation of these Rules.
The Campaign is governed by Bulgarian law.

11. Use of Image of Minors
11.1. The participant declares that when publishing video content featuring minors (including the birthday child and guests), they have obtained the necessary consent from the parents or legal guardians for recording and publicly sharing the content on social media.
11.2. By participating in the Campaign, the participant confirms that they bear full responsibility for the lawful publication of the video and for compliance with applicable legislation, including personal data protection and image rights.
11.3. The participant grants the Organizer a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to share, repost, and use the published video content for marketing and promotional purposes related to Escapeway’s activities, without limitation in time or territory.
11.4. The Organizer shall not be liable for content published by participants without the required parental consent.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE OFFERED ESCAPE GAMES

  1. The General Terms and Conditions published on this website govern the relationship between the CLIENTS of the games under the registered trademark Escapeway and the SERVICE PROVIDER ESCAPEWAY ENTERTAINMENT Ltd., Company ID: 206549278, with registered address: Sofia, postal code 1000, Triaditsa district, 104 Knyaz Boris I Str. – Entertainment Club, and Managing Director Pencho Plamenov Radkovski.

  2. The provided game service, referred to as “Escape Room,” is carried out exclusively in specially constructed game premises located within the commercial sites of the PROVIDER.

  3. All CLIENTS are obliged to familiarize themselves with the PROVIDER’s terms and the game rules, which are available both on the PROVIDER’s website and in all of its commercial premises.

  4. The PROVIDER bears no responsibility for any injuries or harm resulting from improper actions by CLIENTS during the game.

  5. Individuals aged 14 and over may independently participate in the Escape Room game organized by the provider. Young adventure seekers under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult, who is NOT required to participate in the game if the services of an Animator provided by the provider are used, at a price of €25.00 / 48.90 BGN per group. The game is free of charge for children under 7 years of age.

  6. Participation in the Escape Room game is not recommended for: pregnant women, people suffering from claustrophobia, cardiovascular and respiratory diseases, as well as people with impaired motor skills or visual impairments. In the event that CLIENTS with such conditions decide to participate in the Escape Room game, the PROVIDER bears no responsibility for any medical problems related to their conditions.

  7. The duration of one Escape Room game is 60 minutes. A minimum of two CLIENTS and a maximum of eight CLIENTS may participate in the game. From the moment the game starts, the sixty-minute period begins for all CLIENTS and upon its expiration all CLIENTS must leave the game room, regardless of whether they have solved all the puzzles.

  8. CLIENTS who have consumed alcohol or narcotic substances are not allowed on the premises of any of the PROVIDER’s locations. In the presence of such persons, the PROVIDER has the right to call the authorities.

  9. On the territory of the commercial premises, including the territory of the BEZISTEN where the PROVIDER’s commercial site is located, the use of alcohol, narcotic substances, as well as TOBACCO products is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Violators will be immediately removed and in case of refusal the PROVIDER will seek assistance from law enforcement authorities.

  10. CLIENTS who arrive early must wait within the commercial premises /RECEPTION/. The use of the BEZISTEN for purposes such as smoking, conversations, or waiting for teammates is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. All participants who violate this rule will be asked either to enter the commercial premises or to leave the area and go outside.

  11. CLIENTS may terminate their participation in the Escape Room game at any time. Our operator will continuously monitor the progress of their game and, if necessary, will terminate it and escort them out of the game premises.

  12. In the event that CLIENTS need to terminate their participation in the game prematurely, whether due to health reasons or any other reasons, they will be escorted out by the game operator, after which they will not be able to return to the game.

  13. In case of improper or malicious gameplay or behavior by CLIENTS, the operator may immediately terminate the Escape Room game and remove the CLIENTS from the game premises, as well as from the territory of the PROVIDER’s commercial site.

  14. The PROVIDER’s premises are under 24-hour video surveillance. During the game, CLIENTS are recorded. These recordings are stored for 24 hours, after which they are deleted from the PROVIDER’s server. The recordings will not be used for commercial purposes or published anywhere. The PROVIDER will use the recordings solely in the event of malicious actions by CLIENTS, as evidence before the competent Bulgarian court.

  15. CLIENTS bear full financial responsibility in case of damage to any property of the PROVIDER, regardless of whether the damage was caused intentionally or unintentionally. In the event of refusal by CLIENTS to pay the amount due for the material damages caused, the PROVIDER has the right to initiate legal proceedings before the competent court of the Republic of Bulgaria.

  16. CLIENTS are required to undergo a safety and game conditions briefing provided by the PROVIDER immediately before the start of the game. No CLIENT may participate in the game without completing the briefing.

  17. The PROVIDER is a licensed personal data administrator.

  18. After completing the safety and game conditions briefing and becoming familiar with the PROVIDER’s general terms and conditions, CLIENTS are required to complete a DECLARATION of consent to all rules, in which they must accurately provide their personal data. In the event of false personal data being provided by CLIENTS, the PROVIDER has the right to immediately notify the authorities for violation of Article 313 of the Criminal Code. No CLIENT may participate in the game without signing the Declaration of consent.

  19. Reservations can be made by using our online form, through which you can book a convenient date and time. You may also make a reservation by phone. Changes to a reservation are possible by contacting us by phone no later than 72 hours before the reserved date, and the new time will be subject to availability in our calendar. If you wish to book a time for the same day, you must contact us by phone. In case of a delay of more than 15 minutes after the scheduled game time, your reservation will be canceled and the amount paid will not be refunded. An exception may be made only if the time slot following your reservation is not booked by another team.

  20. RESERVATION CONFIRMATION – upon creating a reservation, our employee will contact you within the working day to confirm all details of the reservation. If we are unable to establish contact within 48 hours of the reservation being made, the PROVIDER reserves the right to cancel the reservation in the absence of a deposit. Every Monday, an employee of the PROVIDER has the right to call the CLIENT to confirm the reservation made for the current week. If no contact is established within more than 24 hours after the first call by our employee, the PROVIDER reserves the right to cancel the CLIENT’s reservation in the absence of a deposit.

  21. It is STRICTLY PROHIBITED for CLIENTS to use recording devices of any kind /cameras, photo cameras, mobile phones/ on the territory of the PROVIDER’s commercial premises. In case of non-compliance with this condition, the operator will immediately terminate the game and the entire group will be asked to leave the commercial premises.

  22. CANCELLATION AND REFUND OF PAID AMOUNTS

Refunds are possible only after notifying our employee by email and no later than 72 hours before your reservation. The deposit of €25.00 / 48.90 BGN is non-refundable. In case of failure of CLIENTS to appear on the reserved date and time without prior notice, the amount paid will not be refunded. Depending on the payment method, paid amounts will be refunded in different ways.

If you have paid by bank transfer, the amount will be refunded within 14 days to the bank account from which the payment was made. If you have paid by bank transfer with a deposit slip, you must keep this document in order for us to refund the amount to you in cash immediately at our office.

If you have paid through the ePay system, the amount will be refunded within 14 days to your ePay account.

If you have paid in person at our office, you must visit us again and keep and present the receipt in order for us to refund the amount to you in cash immediately.

If you have paid with a 10-digit code at an EasyPay cash desk, you must visit our office again and keep the payment certificate issued by EasyPay. You must present it in order for us to refund the amount to you in cash immediately at our office.

If you have paid by credit/debit card, the amount will be refunded within 14 days to the card from which the payment was made.
