I agree to participate in the game organized by “Escapeway Entertainment” Ltd., with locations at: Sofia, 104 Knyaz Boris I St. – The Crystal Skull and Sofia, 45 Solunska St., and I have considered the risks and their applicability to me, namely:
Escape room game – participation is allowed for persons aged 7 years and above.
An escape room is an indoor interactive game in which participants solve logical tasks and puzzles in a themed environment in order to complete a mission and exit the room within a specified time.
Game specifics:

Darkness, confined spaces (may trigger claustrophobia)

Special effects → loud sounds, lights (may affect people with epilepsy)
Potential risks when participating in an escape room game:
Incidents related to confined spaces, tripping, or injuries caused by decorative elements may occur, as well as stress, panic, or discomfort for persons with claustrophobia or sensitivity to loud sounds and lighting effects. When instructions are followed, the risk is minimal.

During organized celebrations (birthdays, parties, etc.), when the escape room game is attended by children without a parent, visitors and/or participants under the age of 14 must enter and participate in the ORGANIZER’S games accompanied by a representative of “Escapeway Entertainment” Ltd.

I have been informed that pregnant women, persons suffering from cardiovascular diseases, mental or neurological disorders, hypertension, claustrophobia, epilepsy, as well as persons under the influence of alcohol, narcotic or other intoxicating substances are not allowed to participate.

I confirm that I am familiar with the specifics of the game, the age requirements, the conditions and procedure for conducting the game, the game rules, the ORGANIZER’S requirements, and the safety instructions, and after determining that I meet the requirements and that there are no contraindications regarding my participation, I agree to participate in the game at my own responsibility. I declare that I bear full responsibility for my actions during my stay at the premises and, if necessary, I will compensate for any damages caused by me.

I have been informed that the ORGANIZER shall not be liable for incidents involving participants who, despite their condition and existing contraindications, take part in the escape room game.

I have been informed that participation is voluntary and visitors and participants must comply with the following rules:
6.1) Visitors and participants must follow the game rules, safety rules, and the instructions of the ORGANIZER.
6.2) Visitors and participants must not attempt to use brute physical force to complete tasks. The ORGANIZER “Escapeway Entertainment” Ltd. reserves the right to claim financial compensation for intentional damages or damages resulting from improper use of game elements.
6.3) Visitors and participants must respect the personality, dignity, and personal integrity of every other visitor and/or participant and must not engage in conflicts, aggressive behavior, or actions.

I have been informed that the ORGANIZER “Escapeway Entertainment” Ltd. bears no personal or material responsibility for damages caused by improper use of the game and/or failure to follow the rules.

I have been informed that the ORGANIZER “Escapeway Entertainment” Ltd. is not responsible for visitors’ and participants’ valuables during and after the game. It is recommended that they keep them with them.

Participants and visitors who intentionally damage or lose property shall compensate for it financially according to prices determined by the ORGANIZER.

The ORGANIZER may terminate participation at any time if a participant refuses to follow staff instructions, violates order, game rules, safety rules, or engages in unlawful or aggressive behavior. In such cases, the ORGANIZER shall not owe partial or full refund of the paid fees.

During the game, players/participants are under video and audio surveillance for the purpose of ensuring security and safety, as well as for purposes related to the nature of the game. By signing this declaration, I consent to being video and audio monitored and recorded during the game.

I agree that the ORGANIZER “Escapeway Entertainment” Ltd. may store, process, and use my personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), as well as applicable European and Bulgarian legislation, which I provide voluntarily in connection with my participation in the escape room game. I agree that my personal data may be stored for 5 years after my participation.
I declare that I have read and understood the content of this declaration and will comply with the rules, conditions, and safety requirements necessary for the proper conduct of the game, and I voluntarily sign this document.
